I am a Senior Research Specialist at Northernn Arizona University where I manage the Sedimentary Records of Environmental Change Lab.

My research involves lake sediment studies in Alaska to reconstruct past climates and eruptive frequency of Cook Inlet Volcanoes. More information is available under the Research link.

Outside of work, I am an avid runner and cyclist. The National Forest trails surrounding Flagstaff, AZ provide an amazing playground for me to pursue these interest.
