Welcome to my website
I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Northern Arizona University. I am interested in mathematics education and how students best learn mathematics. My other passion is the use of technology in mathematics education. I am a mathematics teacher educator and have taught future teachers mathematics for over fifteen years. In the spring of 2012 I became the Academic Director of the Lumberjack Mathematics Center.

I am the university representative and the newsletter editor on the executive board of the Arizona Associationof Teachers of Mathematics. Join today and receive the newsletter and attend the annual conference on September 21st 2013 @ASU at a reduced rate!
I am the vendor chair for the AMATYC Southwest Region Conference on June 14-15 @Cocoinon Community College in Flagstaff, AZ. Come and join us! It's not that often that Flagstaff is the location for a regional conference.
I will also be presenting at the Southern Nevada Math & Science Conference in Las Vegas on January 18-19, 2013.
