The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Northern Arizona University is hosting the third annual Mathematics Contest for 7th and 8th grade students of Coconino County.

The contest will consist of a team relay event (two teams of ten per school--a 7th grade team and an 8th grade team), a multiple choice test to be taken individually by ALL participants, and a College Bowl with two teams of four from each school--a 7th grade team and an 8th grade team. 

The contest will be held on the campus of Northern Arizona University on Thursday, May 1.   All events will be held in the Gardner Auditorium in the W.A. Franke College of Business building on NAU's South Campus.  Building 81 on the campus map.  Busses should park in lot P66 at the Walkup Sky Dome.

Each school may bring up to 40 students to this contest.
